CIE Organized International Students to visit the Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum

On April 7, The College of International Education of Northwest A&F University organized about 40 fresh international students to visit the Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.

During their stay, they visited the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, Museum of Qin Terracotta Army, Museum of Terracotta Acrobatics, Museum of Terracotta Civil Officials and Museum of Stone Armor.

Great soldiers and horses made of pottery were lined in orderly ranks, as if ready for the emperor's inspection. Lots of Pottery soldiers, chariots, pottery horses and Bronze weapons like swords, spears, halberds and rocked blades are on display, some weapons unearthed from the pits were still glistening and sharp, despite being buried underground for over 2,000 years.

The visit really caused a sensation, all students claim that there has never been an exhibition like it; this Museum deserves to have the reputation of “the Eighth Wonder of the World”. They had a good opportunity to feel Chinese culture. Besides, they also had some communication with others in chinese.
