The program offers 4 majors, including agricultural economic theory and policy, agricultural operating and management, rural finance, agricultural resource economic and environmental management. The research areas involve rural development, agricultural resources development and environment management, innovation of agricultural industry organization and its management, evaluation methods for land, water and forest resource development and utilization, as well as agricultural investment and project management.

Bachelor degree holder or above in plant science or related majors; IELTS of a minimum score of 6.0 overall, TOEFL iBT of a minimum score of 90 overall, evidence of equivalent English proficiency; The English proficiency certificate could be exempted for the applicants from English speaking countries, applicants who take English as medium of instruction in university are no need to provide the certificate, but proof of English as medium of instruction is needed.

After 2 to 3 year’s learning, students can master the basic theories and systematic knowledge in agricultural economics. The students have ability to conduct economic analysis, economic management and social practice, are familiar with the latest advance in agricultural economics and management, can innovate in their research field, and can meet social demand for applied andversatile talents.

Students are required to complete at least 28 credits, including 22 credits take from courses and 6 credits from supervised research and seminar etc. All students must complete thesis defense. The students who meet the graduation requirement can be awarded master degree.

Visa Application:

> For those who applied for long term study (more than 6 months), students can apply for X visa with the admission letter and JW202 form.

> For those who applied for short term study (less than 6 months), students are suggested to apply for L visa with the admission letter.
